We don’t realise how many of use, don’t fully love ourselves, we so hard on ourselves, very critical, lack self-worthiness, stay stuck in toxic situations, feel guilts to put our needs first.

Self-awareness of lack of self-love behaviour can bring the awareness of what small steps or drastic changes you can bring into optimising your life, improving your state of ’emotional well being’, living a more satisfying life, stepping into self-empowerment attracting and creating so many healthy opportunities into your being creating the person and life you want.

What does it feel like when you don’t love yourself?

A lack of self-love, self-esteem and self-worth manifests as scarcity in finances, lack of trust in relationships, an unfulfilling career or job and sense of missing control on ones life.

Typical behaviours, see if you identify with any to them.

  1. You beat yourself up for past failings ( not allowing yourself to make mistakes).
  2. You think you have no gifts, or talents or you play them down.
  3. You’re critical of yourself, only seeing your flaws and feeling unworthy.

  8. Process your fears and triggers and behaviours
  9. Trust yourself to make good wholesome decisions for yourself – take back your power
  10. Forgive yourself and others – let go
  11. To take back control of your busy mind (intrusive thinking), learn to meditate, spend time in nature, take up yoga to create better mindful states
  12. Daily rituals of affirmations, self-love and self care routines.
