Rewire your brain, to break free from lack of self-esteem

Are you struggling with lack of self-esteem?

Here are some of the typical behaviours you will have when struggling with low or lack of self-esteem. 

You feel stuck in your current situation?

You just seem to struggle with motivation and interest in general.

You feel unworthy and like you just do not belong.

You struggle to keep your word.

You living in your head, with mostly negative self- talk.

Comparison that others are better than you.

You tend to avoid new things and not taking up opportunities.

Tendency to be co-dependent, and possibly staying in toxic relationships.

 

HOW TO SHIFT OUT OUT THESE BELIEFS:

  1. Firstly, acknowledging to yourself, that you see your patterns of self-sabotaging behaviours and your negative self-talk, are enabling you holding you back. First step is self-awareness.
  2. Get yourself a journal, start writing down all the most amazing things you have achieved and accomplished.
  3. Write down at least 3x things you are grateful for in your life, each day.
  4. What natural talents do you have, or things you are really good at? Focus on these things, and do more of them.
  5. Write out 3-5 affirmations that you can repeat daily to uplift your mood and self-belief.
  6. Consciously being aware of your self-negative talk, shift that into saying short affirmations, to uplift your mood, and to stop the negative talk from filtering into your subconscious thoughts.
  7. Connect with nature, spend some time each day in the sun, take your shoes off and walk on the lawn to feel more grounded.
  8. Take the time for self-grooming. The way you look has a huge impact on how you feel.
  9. Mind, body and soul alignment starts with: shift self-negative talk to saying affirmations and rather use kind loving words, focus your attention on self-growth instead of comparing yourself with others, it’s just a bad habit you can shift these into positive uplifting affirmations and thoughts.
  10. Make a point of eating healthy and doing some form of exercise to move your body, to increase levels of endorphins, and dopamine, happy emotions, to help the body release tension and toxins.
  11. Start living with conscious intent, set out 1 to 3x realistic goals each day, plan to achieve them, by staying focused on them, this will help to shift your thoughts off negative talk. This will also help you to make a decision and to stick to it.

Use visualisation techniques to shift your lack of self-esteem to kick ass self-belief.

Creative meditation, by burning incense or spritz aroma essential oils around you. Now, pretend your fairy godmother just walked in, and said she wants to help you manifest your future life with clarity, and not to worry about the how, when, money or time! To write down the perfect life you want, describe in detail where you are living, what you look like, what are you wearing, what you are doing, and who is with you?

Visualise your perfect life, feel it, smell it, as if it happening in your minds eye. Don’t stop here, let’s start the process of creating your perfect life.

What would you need to do, each day, what set of actions, little goals, could you implement to start your perfect life process?

Master your thoughts, shift them into positive statements using affirmations, and use kind words. Change your habits, it will change your life.

Eat healthy, get enough sleep, do some form of exercise daily (30minutes each day), make conscious effort to dress well, take compliments with grace, become your own best friend.
