How to boost your self esteem to create the life you want

LACKING SELF-ESTEEM. WILL HOLD YOU BACK FROM CREATING THE REAL LIFE YOU WANT

Think about it: lacking in self -esteem means you settle for less in life, professionally and on a personal level, you stay in toxic relationships, toxic environments, in toxic jobs or careers, you fall into victim mood mentality, find excuses why you do not achieve or take action on your daily goals, never mind your future goals.

You can change this: –

First:

Become self-aware of your thoughts, behaviours & surroundings – does it serve you, do the people serve you, are you serving yourself – what no longer serves you get rid of it, one step at a time

Second:

Reframe your perspectives – get out of victim mood mentality, look at yourself with more devotion, do things out of love and kindness for yourself, put your needs first, step into becoming the person you want to be

Third:

Reflect on all your amazing strengths you have from skills, talents, hobbies, accomplishments, achievements, your work & life experience – add all this up, you have life backing you up, with so much behind you to start a new life, new path in your career, new business venture, new look the way you dress & present yourself to the world

Fourth:

Implement daily self-disciplines, do what you say you are doing, you have integrity you word counts, you are reliable and deliver, for yourself on a personal level and professional level, this builds self-confidence, knowing you trust yourself, you do what you set out to do.

Fifth:

Where are you now, and what do you want? What is the gap? Journal – ideas, steps creating your life strategy plan, use life vision board to get you started and excited.

Sixth:

Start doing this get out of your comfort zones as they are dead zones, make a difference in your life, make it count, be an inspiration to yourself & others. Learn more, read more, do more, get excited about life
