First thing is to remind yourself all the things you have achieved over the last month, the last 6months, and go back further, what are all the amazing things you have accomplished.
We tend to not reward ourselves, accomplish a goal, then move straight onto the next not stopping in the moment and actually acknowledging the amazingness of your what you have completed or created.
In future, reward yourself for all your wins, and even your losses, forgive yourself, ask yourself what did you learn out it, keep your state of mind positive, and with a growth mind state.
So, when you realise that you have this fear and self-doubt that has crept up feeling like an imposter in your own life…..
